The historic Egyptian Theatre opened November 19, 1925. The city of Coos Bay purchased the theater in April of 2006. It still houses the original, legendary Wurlitzer pipe organ.
Movies or other events every weekend. Box office opens one hour before showtime. Concession stand features hot popcorn, cold soda, ice cream and candy.
